Landscape of the Body
This collection of twelve plant sound recordings invites you on a journey inward, from the outermost boundaries of your physical self to the deep, hidden processes that sustain your life moment by moment.
Beginning at the skin - the living boundary between you and the world - and moving through the senses, breath and circulation, deeper into the structural framework of bone and the quiet work of the organs, each track offers an opportunity to bring conscious awareness to a part of yourself that usually operates beyond attention.
The music is created through the direct sonification of native and wilded British plants, each one chosen for its long traditional and energetic connection to the organ or body system it represents. These are not compositions inspired by plants - the plants themselves are the musicians.
There is nothing you need to do but listen. You may find your awareness naturally drawn inward as the journey progresses, becoming more embodied, more present to the extraordinary complexity quietly at work within you.
Each track can be listened to individually as a focused meditation on a particular organ or body system, or the full collection can be experienced as a single unbroken inward journey.

The Legacy of Lugh: What Can His Story Awaken in You?
Journey with Lugh, the Celtic Sun God - Il Samildánach, (he of many skills), and discover what his ancient story might awaken in you today. Through three explorations of Lugh's story, woven with traditional storytelling, guided meditation and personal reflection, you are invited to explore your own gifts, the harvest of your life, the ancestors whose lives have shaped your own, and what you choose to carry forward.
Drawing on stories from the Irish mythological tradition, including Lady Gregory's Complete Irish Mythology, prefaced by W. B. Yeats, and Ancient Tara Legends by Michael Slavin, this journey brings the world of Lugh into conversation with our lives today.
This journey is for anyone drawn to Celtic mythology, ancient wisdom, ancestral connection and the possibility of finding meaning in these stories for our lives today. Along the way, you will be invited into moments of meditation, reflection and journalling as you explore your own gifts, recognise the light you bring to the world, and consider how your gifts can contribute to your community and future generations.
The Legacy of Lugh offers an opportunity to encounter an ancient story not simply as mythology, but as a living source of reflection, gratitude and wisdom — inviting you to discover what Lugh's story might awaken in you.

Held by the Earth: Three Celtic-Inspired Yoga Nidras for Deep Rest
A collection of three deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practices, created as a balm for the over-busy human living through the demands of twenty-first-century life.
Inspired by Celtic spirituality and its enduring sense of kinship with the natural world, these practices invite you to rest into the ancient holding of earth, water and night. Each offers a different doorway into rest: returning to the Earth’s embrace, finding ease when sleep will not come, and replenishing a nervous system wearied by stress or overwhelm.
There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to be. You are invited simply to lie down, listen and allow yourself to be held—softening back into the body, the rhythms of nature and the deeper belonging that has never left you.

The Subtle Body & The Land
Before and beneath the physical body lies another landscape - one of energy, resonance and light. The chakras are its gathering points, centres where life force condenses into particular qualities of consciousness, from the deepest earthward roots of our being to the place where individual awareness opens into the infinite.
This collection of nine recordings traces that landscape from the ground up. Beginning below the feet, where the earth star reaches into the ancient memory of the land, the journey moves upward through the root's need for safety and belonging, the sacral's creative and emotional waters, the solar plexus's radiant personal power, the heart's capacity for openness and love, the throat's quiet insistence on truth, the third eye's dreaming inner vision, and the crown's gentle dissolution into something larger than self.
Finally, in the mistletoe's suspended, between-worlds presence, the journey arrives at the soul star - beyond the personal, beyond the body, into the transpersonal field that holds us all.
Each track is created through the direct sonification of a native British plant, sacred water, or place, chosen for its deep traditional and energetic resonance with that particular centre. These are not compositions about the chakras - they are the living voices of the land itself, speaking the language of the subtle body.
There is nothing to do but listen, and allow the journey to take you where it will.

Deepening Bonds With Animals And Yourself | Animal Spirit Connection
Somewhere beneath the noise of daily life, an older knowing waits — one that remembers we were never separate from the wild world around us. Over the next six sessions, you'll step into a new way of seeing, one guided by the creatures who have always carried sacred teaching in their bones, their flight, their silence. Each session opens a doorway into a different animal spirit, inviting you to remember your place within the living, breathing web of existence.
Session 1: Wolf Wisdom
Sense the wolf moving through the trees, wild guardian of instinct and loyalty. Let their unbreakable bond with the pack teach you what true belonging feels like, and let their sure-footed intuition show you how to walk your own path even when the way ahead is unclear.
Session 2: Owl's Insight
Rise into the quiet flight of the owl, keeper of the night's secrets. Learn to look past what's visible, to listen for what goes unspoken, and to trust the quiet knowing inside you that has been waiting patiently to be heard.
Session 3: Elephant Serenity
Stand in the presence of the elephant, whose heart holds memory, patience, and deep compassion. Let their gentleness remind you of the strength it takes to stay tender, and the quiet power of the bonds that hold us to one another.
Session 4: Butterfly Transformation
Follow the butterfly through its quiet unraveling and rebirth. Let it show you that change is not something to fear but something to trust — that every ending carries the shape of what you're becoming.
Session 5: Deer Grace
Move like the deer moves — soft-footed, alert, unwilling to let hardship harden it. Let this gentle spirit teach you how to meet life's difficulties without losing your softness, and how grace can be its own kind of strength.
Session 6: Dolphin Joy
Slip into the sunlit waters with the dolphin, playful messenger of connection and joy. Let them remind you that laughter is sacred, that communication is its own form of love, and that we are all moving together in one great current.
Come walk this path through guided meditation, vivid imagery, and quiet reflection, as the wisdom of the animal world reopens your eyes to the new reality that was always here — one of belonging, kinship, and oneness with all living things.

Nature's Mirror
The truth of who you are is there for you to see in the reflections of nature.
As you step out into the wilds with intention, you will be drawn to the qualities you already hold to understand yourself more deeply. Appreciate yourself more fully. And find the confidence to express yourself truly.
Your soul truths are inextricably linked to your creative expression. They are yearning to flow through you and enrich the world.
We all need space to let them emerge.
Nature’s Mirror is intentional space where you can connect to nature through the four elements of earth, air, fire and water to discover the fifth element aether – your spirit and soul expression.
Each lesson is a guided activity in nature where you will have the time to just be. To let your truth emerge from within and settle into your being.
It’s a gift of space to find yourself. To look at nature with new eyes and see the truth of who you are reflected back to you.
You do not need to have access to wilderness to connect to nature. It is all around you breaking through the cracks in the road finding a foothold in the most seemingly barren of places. The closer you look, the more you will see and feel.
Nature’s Mirror is a sensory journey that will awaken your intuition and connect you to the breath of life that moves through the earth and into the hearts of all life.
Will you see in yourself what nature sees in you?

Living Timefully
This mindfully and timefully short course will help you escape from being enslaved by the clock. Time, as we know it, is man-made and nothing in nature beats to the second but the thoughts of somebody watching a clock. When we get back in sync with natural time, two benefits come our way.
First, we get more things done, with more ease, in less time.
Secondly, we discover every starts to occur, just in time. The lessons in this course are accompanied and extended with ambient soundscapes designed to loosen your bond with linear time.
Accordingly I recommend you use headphones to listen to each lesson.

What Is Delicate, Endures
There are moments in every life that seem too small to matter.
The scent of spring carried on a gentle breeze. Blossoms drifting quietly to the earth. The effortless flight of a butterfly. A first kiss. A shared smile. A place that somehow felt sacred without ever asking to be called so. Such moments often arrive without announcement, linger only briefly, and then disappear into the flow of ordinary life.
Yet somehow, they do not disappear at all.
This Journey is an invitation to rediscover the quiet mystery that what is most delicate is often what endures most deeply within us. The experiences that shape our lives are not always the grand milestones we remember by name, but the countless moments of beauty, tenderness, and wonder that quietly become part of who we are. They remain not because we held on to them, but because we allowed ourselves, however briefly, to be fully present with them.
Moving gently through memories of spring, the timeless grace of falling cherry blossoms, and the luminous stillness of a butterfly garden, these three musical landscapes invite reflection without nostalgia, presence without striving, and gratitude without longing. They offer space to notice that beauty does not ask to be permanent in order to be transformative. Indeed, it may be its very transience that opens our hearts most completely.
Perhaps the most precious moments in our lives are not those we possess, but those that quietly accompany us long after they have passed. They become a gentle thread woven through memory, shaping the way we see the world, the way we love, and the way we meet each new season with renewed openness.
May this Journey become a place of stillness, remembrance, and quiet wonder—a gentle reminder that life's most delicate gifts are often the ones that endure.

Celebrating Lughnasadh As Part Of The Celtic Wheel Of The Year - Gathering The Harvest
Preparing for our Lughnasadh gathering, I invite you to create a small Lughnasadh altar or seasonal space somewhere close to where you will sit for the retreat. Nothing elaborate is needed — simply gather a few things that connect you with the season and the land around you. You might like to bring: A candle, to light as we open our circle. Something that represents the late-summer harvest — a few stalks of grain or grasses, wildflowers, herbs, berries, an apple, or something gathered from your garden or local landscape. A small piece of bread or oatcake, which we will use in our harvest ritual. A small bowl of water, representing the waters that nourish and sustain all life. A stone, seed, leaf or other natural object that you feel drawn to. Your journal and a pen for our time of quiet reflection. A small piece of paper on which you can write a word or intention during our ritual. And perhaps a cup of tea, a blanket, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and settled. Your altar doesn't need to look a particular way. Let it be a simple expression of your relationship with this moment in the turning year — a little place of beauty, gratitude and attention. If you can, give yourself a few minutes before we begin to settle into your space, silence your phone, and allow the ordinary busyness of the day to fall away. Then simply come as you are. Together we will pause at Lughnasagh to notice what has ripened, honour what has sustained us, and receive the gifts of this first harvest.
Questions For Reflection
1)What has ripened in me since the beginning of this year?
2)What did this harvest ask of me — and what helped me along the way?
3)What has not ripened, and can I allow that to be unfinished?
4)How might something I have received become nourishment — for myself, another person, or the wider world?

A Celtic Meditation Journey - Nature Inspired Celtic Wisdom For Deep Rest
This three-part Celtic meditation journey invites you to move gently from rest, through surrender, into renewed strength and balance.
You will begin beneath Brigid’s protective cloak with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle. From there, you will float across a peaceful Irish lake in a traditional currach, supported by nature imagery and the sacred Gaelic chant Caim agus Currach—an invitation to trust the loving grace that surrounds you. Your journey concludes in the presence of the ancient oak as you travel through the chakras, reconnecting with the grounding energy of the earth and your own inner wisdom.
This journey is for anyone experiencing stress, weariness, emotional overwhelm, or a longing for deeper connection. It is especially suited to those drawn to Celtic spirituality, nature-based meditation, Yoga Nidra, and gentle practices that support nervous-system regulation.
Across the three tracks, you will be guided to release tension, experience a greater sense of safety and inner stillness, and restore your connection to body, earth, and spirit. By the end of the journey, you may feel more rested, centred, balanced, and quietly strengthened—held by Brigid’s compassion, carried by the waters of trust, and rooted in the enduring wisdom of the ancient oak. Healing with Nature: An Introduction to Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the ancient system of medicine and healing from India, which evolved over 5000 years ago. Along with recognising that we are not separate from nature and our environment, and that our minds, bodies and souls are intricately connected, Ayurveda also prioritises prevention over cure and offers a wealth of lifestyle guidance for a long and healthy life. In this three-part introduction, you'll learn the basic principles of the Ayurvedic worldview and how this connects with your body, mind and personality, you'll explore your own body-mind constitution, and you'll learn how and why Ayurvedic healing treatments work.

Wintering - A Celtic Journey
Wintering is a gentle four-part journey through deep rest, sacred stillness, returning light, and the first quiet stirrings of renewal.
I invite you to begin by entering the wisdom of the winter landscape, where you are invited to release the pressure to keep striving and rest beside the steady warmth of a hearth fire. From there, a Celtic-inspired blessing guides you more deeply into winter stillness—a sacred pause in which nothing is urgent, everything is held, and you can remember your place within the greater wholeness of life.
The third meditation turns towards the slow return of light. Drawing on the spirit of Advent, it offers a space to practise patience, trust what is unfolding unseen, and reconnect with the quiet flame of hope within. The journey concludes with Brigid’s blessing for the turning year. Through the healing imagery of her flame, her well, and the patient earth, you will be gently accompanied from winter rest towards restoration, belonging, and new beginnings.
This journey is for anyone moving through tiredness, uncertainty, transition, grief, self-doubt, or a season in which life feels quieter than expected. It is especially supportive if you feel burdened by the expectation to be constantly productive, find the winter months difficult, or long for a more compassionate and meaningful way to slow down. You do not need to observe Advent or follow a particular spiritual tradition—only bring a willingness to pause, breathe, and listen.
Across the four tracks, you will be supported to soften effort, release tension, and cultivate a gentler relationship with yourself. Rather than rushing towards change, you will be invited to honour the wisdom of rest, enter the sacredness of stillness, welcome the gradual return of hope, and trust what is forming beneath the surface.
By the end of the journey, my hope is that you may feel calmer, more grounded, and quietly restored—with a renewed sense that you are not behind, you do not need to exhaust yourself to be worthy, and even in the deepest winter, the light is slowly returning.

The Blessing Way: A Celtic Journey of Flame, Peace and Deep Rest
A gentle four-part journey through the sacred rhythms of the day and the turning seasons of life. Held within the presence of Brigid and the wisdom of the Celtic tradition, these blessings invite you to awaken with hope, tend peace in troubled times, trust what is quietly becoming, and return at last to deep rest.
This New Reality Journey is for anyone longing for a softer, more compassionate way of meeting life. Through breath, music, prayer, sacred Gaelic chant and the healing imagery of flame, well, earth and sky, you will be invited to slow down and listen for the quiet presence of the Divine within and around you.
Each blessing offers a different threshold. You may move through them as a complete journey—from awakening to rest—or return to the one that speaks most deeply to the season you are living. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere you need to arrive. Simply come as you are, allowing the ancient words, gentle music and spacious silences to accompany you.
No knowledge of Celtic spirituality is needed—only a willingness to pause, breathe and receive.
Breath of Brigid — A Celtic Morning Blessing
Begin the journey at the threshold of a new day.
In the sacred presence of Brigid—keeper of the flame, guardian of the healing well and beloved figure of creativity and compassion—you will be invited to breathe deeply, awaken your inner light and meet the coming hours with clarity and grace.
The Gaelic chant Sùil Dhè Mhòir invokes the loving gaze of the Divine, pouring gently and generously upon all life through every time and season. Let this blessing kindle hope within you and help you step into the day with a quieter mind, an open heart and a renewed sense of sacred belonging.
A Blessing for Peace in Troubled Times
When the world feels unsettled, it is natural for the heart and nervous system to become weary.
This blessing offers a quiet place to set down, for a little while, all that feels too heavy to carry alone. Returning to the breath and the steady support of the earth, you will be guided towards the small inner hearth of peace that remains present even amid uncertainty.
Accompanied by the sacred Gaelic chant A Dhia Beannaigh an Chéim, this practice reminds us that peace does not require us to turn away from the suffering of the world. It begins by meeting our own vulnerability with tenderness, allowing compassion to gather within us and ripple gently outwards through our presence, our choices and our care for one another.
Brigid’s Blessing for the Turning Year
There are seasons when life asks us not to rush forward, but to trust what is forming beneath the surface.
Rooted in Celtic seasonal wisdom, this blessing is for the tender thresholds of becoming—the times when winter has not fully released us, yet the first signs of new life are beginning to stir. Through the imagery of Brigid’s flame, her healing well and the patient earth, you will be invited to honour your own pace and rest within the mystery of what has not yet taken form.
This is a blessing of reassurance and restoration: a reminder that you are not meant to burn yourself away to prove your worth. Like the hidden seed beneath winter soil, something within you may already be turning towards the light.
Deep Peace — A Celtic Blessing
The journey closes beneath the sheltering mantle of deep peace.
Through the ancient images of wind, earth, moon, stars, quiet rain and the white dove of peace, this gentle meditation offers a place for your body to soften and your weary places to be held. Wrapped in the presence of Brigid, you will be invited to release the day and descend into stillness, comfort and sacred rest.
The Gaelic chant Dùisg, Mo Chridhe carries a tender invocation: In peace awaken my heart. In essence awaken my heart. In truth awaken my heart.
Listen at bedtime, during moments of anxiety, or whenever you long to feel grounded and held. Let the words fall softly around you, like rain upon the land, guiding you home to the deep peace that has never left you.
The Journey Home
Together, these four blessings follow an ancient and deeply human rhythm: awakening, tending, trusting and resting.
May Brigid’s breath awaken the flame within you.
May the earth steady you when the world feels uncertain.
May the turning year teach you to trust the unseen.
And may deep peace gather you beneath its sheltering wings.
