Your soul truths are inextricably linked to your creative expression. They are yearning to flow through you and enrich the world.
We all need space to let them emerge.
Nature’s Mirror is intentional space where you can connect to nature through the four elements of earth, air, fire and water to discover the fifth element aether – your spirit and soul expression.
Each lesson is a guided activity in nature where you will have the time to just be. To let your truth emerge from within and settle into your being.
It’s a gift of space to find yourself. To look at nature with new eyes and see the truth of who you are reflected back to you.
You do not need to have access to wilderness to connect to nature. It is all around you breaking through the cracks in the road finding a foothold in the most seemingly barren of places. The closer you look, the more you will see and feel.
Nature’s Mirror is a sensory journey that will awaken your intuition and connect you to the breath of life that moves through the earth and into the hearts of all life.

Earth
Our journey will take shape through the four elements of earth, air, fire and water. The elements are the creative, expressive forces of life. All the elements can be found in all creations and beings, but one in particular defines the role, presence and being-ness of it.
Earth is where we go to find what can be created, to explore the raw materials and uncover the scale and scope of creative expression.
You will begin your journey with a tree.
Find a tree that you can lean against or sit at the base of. When you find your tree – the one that calls to you – spend as much time as you can just being in the presence of the tree. When you are ready, press play.
Air
With your roots firmly in the ground of your soul truth, you are free to expand and explore. This is the energy we receive from the element of air.
It asks you to trust and find safety in exploration, to feed your curiosity and follow your impulses.
How often do you look up?
If you look around you, you will see people looking down at their feet or phones. Or looking ahead.
It takes something special to encourage people to look up.
A rainbow or full moon perhaps.
Above you is an expanse so vast it is incomprehensible.
It is without limits.
As you move through your day, there are limits all around you – where you can walk, where you can talk, where you can go.
Above you is infinite space.
Around you is the freedom to go wherever you choose.
Find a space where you can feel the breeze or wind on your skin and look up.

Fire
You know who you are and what you are capable of.
This must be expressed. This must be shared.
But how?
This is where the element of fire steps in to guide you. Fire is passion and cause. It speaks energy into the hearts, minds and souls of those who choose to receive it.
Fire energy is your power to connect, stir and motivate those around you.
How do you express you?
There are so many factors that come to define who you are and how you live. Perhaps you feel bound by these factors and unable to find your own path.
Beyond these is an essence of you that shines through no matter what. It shows up in every detail of how you choose to respond to life’s routines, challenges and situations.
Your essence is a unique frequency which enriches all around it.
It shines a light like no other.
It is so intrinsically, innately you that you probably cannot see it.
Find a wildflower growing in nature, a flower growing in your garden or in a pot on your windowsill. When you choose the flower, make sure it calls you to work with it.

Water
Life is a series of twists and turns.
Some of these you must adapt to and some of these you create.
As you move through life, you shape the world around you and the world shapes you. There is a give and take, like an inhale and exhale, in which you come to find your power in life.
You discover your limits and how to flow beyond them.
You learn how life holds you and you hold life. Resilience and softness live side by side in harmony.
Take yourself down to a river or stream edge where you can just be in the presence of the water – safely and peacefully. maybe even standing bare foot in the flow.

Aether
You are more than your pieces.
You are whole and you are part of the whole.
It’s time to take all of your pieces out to find your place and a sense of belonging in the whole.
This emerges from a sense of focus and purpose and requires you to see what you offer through being you.
Your true self nourishes the world. You have a reason for being and doing.
But it is not always easy to see this.
Take yourself out to a natural space where you feel at peace.

Your Story Of Expression
Through your journey to see yourself in nature’s mirror, you have connected to the seed of your soul, where your soul is calling you, the story you are here to share and the truth of your expression and self in the life you lead. Write your story.
