Growing the Forest

Growing the Forest

By Linda Wheeler

Discovering the Strength of Connection, Belonging, and Shared Growth

A tree may appear to stand alone, but beneath the surface, its roots are connected to a living community that shares nourishment, strength, and support.

In Phase Four, Growing the Forest, the journey expands beyond personal transformation into connection with others. Having planted the seed, learned to walk the path, and begun embodying the strength and wisdom of the tree, you are now invited to discover what becomes possible when you no longer feel that you must grow or move beyond pain alone.

Through reflections on belonging, shared roots, compassionate presence, and collective wisdom, this phase will help you recognize both the support available to you and the quiet strength you offer others. You will explore how your experiences can create understanding, how your presence can become a place of safety, and how healing can deepen when it is held within connection.

Growing the Forest is a reminder that transformation does not end with the individual. As one woman grows stronger, she creates space for another to rise. Together, our roots deepen, our branches reach farther, and we become part of something greater than ourselves.

We grow stronger together.

The Art of Everyday Enlightenment

The Art of Everyday Enlightenment

By Jessica Inman

Deepening Your Yoga Nidra Practice

This course is a follow-up to 'The Art of Conscious Napping,' although you are also welcome to listen if you haven't listened to the first one - the first course sets a foundation but it is not essential to have completed it to benefit from this course. During these nine sessions, we'll explore the philosophy and theory of yoga nidra in more detail and you will move more deeply into your personal practice with some longer daily sessions. We'll be taking a look at some of the yogic philosophy that influences our yoga nidra practice with a special focus on the five koshas, or the five sheaths or layers, that make up our incarnate selves - these are the physical body, the breath or energetic body, the mind, the intellect and the bliss or causal body.

We'll spend some time looking at each one of the koshas and exploring how the techniques in our practice work to relax, heal and give us insight into that layer. We'll also explore the inner resource, the felt sense of safety and security that allows us to feel safe and held as we practice, and the Sankalpa, the deep prayer or vow from the heart.

The first eight sessions contain five to ten minutes of information and a twenty minute(ish) practice, and the final session is a longer 55-minute practice which brings together everything from the course. Each of the practice sessions are also included as stand-alone tracks so you can return to repeat them at any time without having to skip through the lesson material.

October 2026 - Judgement to Synarchy

October 2026 - Judgement to Synarchy

By Kerri Hummingbird Sami

October picks up exactly where September left off, in refinement, and carries you from the private work of alignment into the shared work of belonging. Along the way it asks you to meet some of the oldest, most instinctive fears the body carries: not being enough, what's coming, failing, carrying responsibility, dying without meaning, and being shaped by the past. Each one, met honestly, becomes a doorway.

It opens still inside Gene Key 18. September's correction continues, but now it has to turn inward and soften. The shadow of judgement doesn't only point outward. It's the inner critic that keeps finding what's wrong. The invitation is to let integrity become something you live rather than something you police. What remains is perfection: not a standard you keep failing to meet, but the quiet rightness of things when they're held with care.

Once the critic quiets, a deeper feeling rises. Gene Key 48 names inadequacy, the sense of a bottomless well inside, the fear that you don't know enough, have enough, or are enough. This isn't a void to fill. It's depth waiting to be trusted. The gift is resourcefulness: reaching into the not-knowing and finding that what you need arrives when you need it. The siddhi is wisdom, the understanding that the emptiness was never lack but spaciousness.

From that depth, your inner listening sharpens. Gene Key 57 brings unease, a low hum of anxiety about the future and a restless vigilance that never quite settles. The gift is intuition: the same sensitivity, no longer bracing against what might happen but tuned to what is happening now. As fear gives way to trust, it clarifies into clarity itself, a clean, quiet knowing that needs no proof.

With intuition as your guide, Gene Key 32 asks what's truly worth keeping. The shadow is failure, both the fear of it and the frantic grip that tries to prevent it. The gift is preservation: sensing what deserves continuity in your life, your lineage, and your work, and letting the rest go without shame. The siddhi is veneration, a deep honoring of everything that came before you and everything that will carry on after.

What you choose to preserve shapes the systems you're part of. Gene Key 50 names corruption: the subtle ways values erode, responsibilities get dropped, or care turns into control. The gift is equilibrium, taking up your rightful share of responsibility, no more and no less, so that families, communities, and relationships can hold their balance. The siddhi is harmony: your inner values and the outer order finally singing the same note.

Held in harmony, you're free to face the biggest question of all. Gene Key 28 brings purposelessness, the dark feeling that none of it matters, often laced with a quiet fear of death. The invitation is not to find the right purpose but to play the game of life with your whole heart. The gift is totality: full commitment, holding nothing back. The siddhi is immortality, the discovery that a life lived completely is never lost.

October closes with Gene Key 44, the archetype of alliance. Having refined, deepened, listened, honored, balanced, and committed, you're ready to join with others. The shadow is interference: old patterns from the past, and old wounds in relationships, that keep you from the right people. The gift is teamwork, the instinct for who you truly belong with and how your gifts complement theirs. The siddhi is synarchy, a living web where each of us governs ourselves and, in doing so, harmonizes with the whole.

Where September moved you from exhaustion into perfection, October moves you from inner judgement into outer belonging: resourceful, intuitive, honoring, balanced, wholehearted, and woven into the right community.

The Life Story Jar

The Life Story Jar

By Jo Parfitt

Your memories, experiences, defining moments and crazy incidents are important – they show who you are and yet the task of writing a full-length memoir, is a mountain too high to climb. So, what if you could learn how to write about the things that have shaped you in the most compelling way? What if you could write them, not to be published, but as a legacy for your family? This is the core of the Life Story Jar course. Based on the concept of Kintsugi, a porcelain jar that has been broken, just as we can be broken by some of our experiences, and put back together again, just as we manage to pick ourselves up and start again. Kintsugi shows that pieces are mended with golden glue and rendered more precious. I believe that our stories represent the pieces and the sharing of those stories is the golden glue. This programme of 50 individual lessons will guide you towards writing your own pieces and building them into a unique and priceless collection. Each lesson begins with inspiration and practical tips and ends with an example of my own writing on the very same topic. So dive in and try it for yourself.

The Turning of the Light

The Turning of the Light

By James Anthony Walker

The solstices mark two great turning points in the year: the longest day and the longest night.

At the Summer Solstice, light reaches its fullest expression and begins its gradual return toward darkness. At the Winter Solstice, darkness reaches its deepest point, and the light begins again.

The Turning of the Light brings these two moments together in a pair of extended musical journeys. Together, they invite reflection on the rhythms of nature, the movement between outwardness and inwardness, and the quiet truth that even at the furthest point in one direction, the turning has already begun.

A contemplative journey through light, darkness, stillness, renewal, and the ancient seasonal cycle that holds them all.

Chirping Birds - Morning Rise Binaural Beats

Chirping Birds - Morning Rise Binaural Beats

By Fahim Farook

Birds waking up on a French morning, with a subtle tone underneath to help you wake up. This track uses a recording of birds waking up early in the morning in France, paired with a tone designed to ease your mind into a brighter, more awake state. It's built for a 28-minute session, with a gradual 8-minute rise at the start so your mind has time to come up to speed rather than being jolted into it.

A quick note on how to use it: press play when you're ready to start shaking off sleep, not partway through — the opening minutes are where the shift happens, so starting from the beginning matters. It works best with headphones, since the effect depends on each ear hearing a very slightly different tone, but for people who find headphones uncomfortable, there are a couple of variants that might help.

For the curious: this is an 18 Hz beta binaural beat on a 420 Hz carrier tone. It opens at 10 Hz and glides up to 18 Hz over the first 8 minutes, then holds there for the remainder of the 28-minute session.

Ocean - Unwind Binaural Beats

Ocean - Unwind Binaural Beats

By Fahim Farook

A day at the beach, waves rolling in, with a subtle tone underneath to help you unwind. This track uses a recording of ocean waves crashing on the shore, paired with a tone designed to ease your mind into a calmer, more relaxed state. It's built for a 30-minute session, with a gentle glide at the start so your mind has time to settle rather than being dropped straight into it.

A quick note on how to use it: press play when you're ready to start winding down, not partway through — the opening minutes are where the shift happens, so starting from the beginning matters. It works best with headphones, since the effect depends on each ear hearing a very slightly different tone, but for people who find headphones uncomfortable, there are a couple of variants that might help.

For the curious: this is a 10 Hz alpha binaural beat on a 400 Hz carrier tone. It opens at 12 Hz and glides down to 10 Hz over the first 5 minutes, then holds there for the remainder of the 30-minute session.

This gentle journey takes you through three guided meditations, one for the morning, one for the middle of the day and one for the evening.
