Healing with Nature: An Introduction to Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the ancient system of medicine and healing from India, which evolved over 5000 years ago. Along with recognising that we are not separate from nature and our environment, and that our minds, bodies and souls are intricately connected, Ayurveda also prioritises prevention over cure and offers a wealth of lifestyle guidance for a long and healthy life. In this three-part introduction, you'll learn the basic principles of the Ayurvedic worldview and how this connects with your body, mind and personality, you'll explore your own body-mind constitution, and you'll learn how and why Ayurvedic healing treatments work.

Alchemy of Rest | Yoga Nidra Support for Illness, Pain & Fatigue
Dear Friend,
This journey offers three longer yoga nidras (also called NSDR or non-sleep deep rest) to support you when your body needs extra care. If you're living with or recovering from illness or injury, or navigating pain, fatigue, or other difficult symptoms, this journey is for you. All of you is welcome here, just as you are, just as you’re feeling and just as your body is right now.
Yoga nidra has been so supportive of my own well-being while living with multiple complex conditions that I was inspired to train in offering it to others. These practices are especially near and dear to my heart, informed by my own experiences with chronic illness flare-ups, living with chronic fatigue and pain, and recovering from major medical procedures - and they’re designed to offer the unique support needed in each instance.
Each practice is voice-only (no background music or sounds), trauma-informed, and gentle, with plenty of options so you can meet yourself where you are. There is nothing to do, change, fix, or "get right." I invite you to simply rest back and receive the nourishment of yoga nidra. The practices differ in length and emphasis, so I encourage you to explore and notice which feels most supportive on a given day.
As always, please think of my guidance as suggestion, make any adaptations that serve you, and practice in whatever supported position feels best. If you drift off to sleep, that's likely exactly what you need. Know that you're receiving all of the benefits of the practice.
I’d love to hear about your experience with these yoga nidras and learn about how I can best support your needs. If a particular type of practice or an adjustment to what or how I offer these practices would be supportive for you, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you (either privately or in the comments below).
May this journey bring you comfort and support, and may you experience the alchemy of rest.
With Love & Care,
Kelsea

Healing Journeys
Over the years, I have interviewed many people who have been on their own journey of healing or who have helped heal others. I have also recorded many meditations to help with the healing process ... mainly by maintaining good health and enhanced well being.
So I thought it would be fun to interleave the two themes with an interview followed by a meditation.

The Path to Tolerance
The Path to Tolerance is a gentle five-track journey towards greater calm, resilience and ease in a reactive world.
Beginning with relaxation and grounding, it explores the idea of restoring energy that may feel scattered or depleted before concluding with a deeply restful sleep meditation.
It is suitable for anyone wishing to feel calmer, more centred and more at ease within themselves.
Listen to one track a day to allow the changes to integrate, with the last track listened to before slumber or a power nap.
Make a note by way of comment, reflection shared with your guide or by way of private reflection how you feel each day so you can track your transformation.

Return to Love & Softness
A gentle invitation to come back to softness.
This journey is for the moments when life has felt a little hard, busy or distant, and you long to reconnect with the warmth of your own heart.
Through a guided meditation, you are invited to soften, slow down and reconnect with a feeling of love that does not need to be earned or achieved. A quiet space to remember the tenderness already living within you, and to feel a little more connected to yourself, to life and to the divine.
You can return to this practice whenever you need a softer beginning, a calmer wake-up, or simply a moment of beauty and connection in the middle of an ordinary day.
A small return to love. A little more softness. A little more wonder.
