About the Creator
At the heart of Alicia’s work is a simple belief: there is no single “right” way to find stillness, healing, or connection. Sometimes the doorway is meditation. Sometimes it’s music, a few meaningful words, a moment in nature, a deep breath, or simply giving ourselves permission to be quiet enough to listen.
As a professional musician and meditation facilitator, Alicia loves creating experiences that blend sound, word, imagination, spirituality, and stillness. Her offerings range from guided meditations and original poetry to immersive musical soundscapes, contemplative practices, and spiritual reflection. Rather than telling people exactly what they should experience, she hopes to create a space where they can slow down, listen inward, and discover what is already there.
Her mission is to help overwhelmed people find moments of calm and grace within real, beautifully imperfect lives—and to make meditation feel less like something to master and more like something to explore. Curiosity, creativity, intuition, and a little bit of magic are always welcome.
Alicia is also an author and educator and is endlessly curious about the ways music, creativity, spirituality, and mindfulness intersect. She considers herself as much a student as a teacher, continually exploring new ways to create, connect, and grow.
And while Alicia feels incredibly blessed to have the time and space to pursue so many creative endeavors, her most important “gig” will always be being mom to her four amazing boys—a role that gives her plenty of opportunities to practice finding calm in the chaos.
