Journey Description
Spiritual depth and Wisdom need to be experienced in order to be fully known. Spiritual practices are specifically designed to do just that. Each of these fifteen practices is a journey in itself. They can be done in any order and at any time. They also beg to be repeated.
These practices are designed to open our hearts through the categories of attention, surrender, presence, and compassion. Surrender leads to truth and reality; attention leads to awareness; presence delivers us to intimacy with self, others, universe; and compassion leads to love.
Rather than through theology or theoretical belief, we grow most powerfully through skillful embodied experience. These practices can aid us in that.

Triangles And Resonation Practice
This is an embodiment practice that enables us to engage more directly with life through present sense awareness.
Ocean Of Love Practice

Heart Of Presence Meditation Practice
Combining several component practices together from all four categories of Wisdom Practice (surrender, attention, presence, and compassion), the Heart of Presence Meditation contributes to the opening of presence to all that is before us and opens us more deeply to the possibility of a loving engagement.
Waves Of Spirit
This practice is like looking in the mirror and both seeing and appreciating some of the milepost changes that are taking place in us. In this, rather than patting ourselves on the back, we can more deeply recognize ourselves and the arc of transformation we are on.
