Leading change in an era of AI with Bill Kirst
Further to my conversation on Celtic Soul on New Reality TV, Bill launched his second book - leading Change in the era of AI. This conversation is a recording of a live on Substack as he launched the book. It is a beautiful exploration into our relationship with AI.
I also reflected after our conversation about how we have a responsibility to “programme” the technology with the heartful language we choose to use. After I held the conversation with Bill, I picked up my 4 year old granddaughter and thought, wow, it’s just like the responsibility we hold for how we “programme” our kids. What language do we use around them, do we demonstrate heartful connection, do they feel loved enough to bloom and blossom and thrive?
It comes back to sovereignty. How are we in our beingness amidst the collective narrative and if 8-10% of the 750 million Chat GPT users are consciously programming the technology, as Bill intuits, then our technological destiny is pretty much in the hands of 90% of those who are doing the opposite, or aren’t necessarily aware of their sovereign choices - unless we begin to embrace and interact with the legacy we leave for the future generations and grow the percentage of conscious “programmers”.
There was so much more to our conversation. I really invite you to tune in for yourself. The future is in our hands. Sovereignty and conscious choice begins with each one of us. Can we live in love and decide where we want this epic tool to go or do we continue in the narrative of fear and limit our prospects?
