The Whispers of Water - A Sound Journey into Flow, Surrender & Renewal
There is something about water that has always felt deeply connected to our inner world. It moves, changes, gathers and disperses. It can shape stone, carve rivers through landscapes and slowly transform what once seemed immovable. Sometimes it is gentle and still, sometimes wild and powerful. Yet it does not need to know exactly where it is going. It simply keeps finding its way.
This three-part sound journey is an invitation to spend some time with that quality of water within yourself — to listen to what is moving, soften around what cannot be forced, and perhaps find a little more space to flow.
The journey begins with an immersive soundscape of shamanic drumming, Rav Vast, water and a variety of organic sounds. There is rhythm and movement here, inviting you to drop beneath the busy mind and connect with something more instinctive and embodied.
From there, the sound opens into the spaciousness of ocean waves and crystal bowls. A quieter place to rest, receive and simply be with whatever is present, without needing to change or make sense of it.
The final piece is a short, ethereal and warm Rav Vast melody. It brings a gentle shift towards lightness and joy, a moment to surface, breathe and reconnect with the world around you
Simply listen, feel and notice what wants to move through you.

Healing Journeys
Over the years, I have interviewed many people who have been on their own journey of healing or who have helped heal others. I have also recorded many meditations to help with the healing process ... mainly by maintaining good health and enhanced well being.
So I thought it would be fun to interleave the two themes with an interview followed by a meditation.

Coming Home
Very early, we learn what we need to do to feel safe, loved, and accepted in response to circumstances that may have felt overwhelming.
Some of us learned to be responsible before feeling ready. Others learned to remain quiet. To be good. To take care of other people. To hide what we were feeling. To put the needs of others ahead of our own. Or maybe we simply learned to become whatever the world needed us to be.
Those ways of responding may have served a purpose at one time. But sometimes, long after childhood has ended, the younger parts of us continue to respond as though the old circumstances are still true. As if the old ways of acting are still relevant. As if the judgments we formed as children are still accurate.
Coming Home is a three-part Journey into a different kind of relationship with yourself.
In the first meditation, Meeting the Child Within, you will meet the younger part of you from the steadiness of who you are today. You will have an opportunity to listen, to reassure, and to let that child know something they may have needed to hear for a very long time - The scary times are over. You are here now. And you no longer need to carry what was never yours to hold.
In the second meditation, The Courage to Feel, we will explore something many of us learned to do very early - suppressing emotion that once felt too difficult, too dangerous, too messy, or too unwelcome to express. The Courage to Feel invites you to become curious about what you are feeling, at your own pace and always within your control, discovering that you can remain present with yourself – and feel.
In the final meditation, Learning to Listen, you will once again connect with the child you once were, listening more deeply for what they need from you now. The Journey will end with an opportunity to journal in response to the insights that arise.
This Journey is not about reliving the past. It is about changing the relationship you have with yourself in the present, allowing you to respond to life from who you are, rather than reacting to life from who you have been.
The only requirement is a willingness to listen.
Whenever you are ready, I invite you to meet the one who has been patiently waiting to be found.
An Important Note Before You Begin: This Journey may bring up strong or unexpected emotions. There is no need to push through anything that feels overwhelming. You are always welcome to pause, return another time, or seek the support of a qualified mental health professional if something arises that feels difficult to navigate on your own.

Connecting With The Universe
This journey is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and remember that you are always supported by the Universe. Through prayer, meditation, and healing frequencies, you'll create space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and return to a place of peace, trust, and alignment.
When we surrender the need to control every outcome, we allow the Universe to work with us in ways we may not yet understand. This experience is about cultivating divine trust—trusting that everything is unfolding exactly as it needs to, even when the path ahead isn't clear. It is a reminder that all is well, and that what is meant for you will never pass you by.
As you connect more deeply with yourself, you'll discover the power of conscious co-creation. Your intentions, energy, and prayers become an invitation for the Universe to meet you halfway, opening the door to new opportunities, healing, clarity, and abundance.
Whether you're seeking guidance, comfort, or a deeper spiritual connection, this journey offers a sacred space to let go, trust the process, and embrace the unfolding of your path. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and connected to the quiet knowing that the Universe is always guiding you toward your highest good.

The Legacy of Lugh: What Can His Story Awaken in You?
Journey with Lugh, the Celtic Sun God - Il Samildánach, (he of many skills), and discover what his ancient story might awaken in you today. Through three explorations of Lugh's story, woven with traditional storytelling, guided meditation and personal reflection, you are invited to explore your own gifts, the harvest of your life, the ancestors whose lives have shaped your own, and what you choose to carry forward.
Drawing on stories from the Irish mythological tradition, including Lady Gregory's Complete Irish Mythology, prefaced by W. B. Yeats, and Ancient Tara Legends by Michael Slavin, this journey brings the world of Lugh into conversation with our lives today.
This journey is for anyone drawn to Celtic mythology, ancient wisdom, ancestral connection and the possibility of finding meaning in these stories for our lives today. Along the way, you will be invited into moments of meditation, reflection and journalling as you explore your own gifts, recognise the light you bring to the world, and consider how your gifts can contribute to your community and future generations.
The Legacy of Lugh offers an opportunity to encounter an ancient story not simply as mythology, but as a living source of reflection, gratitude and wisdom — inviting you to discover what Lugh's story might awaken in you.

Celebrating Lughnasadh As Part Of The Celtic Wheel Of The Year - Gathering The Harvest
Preparing for our Lughnasadh gathering, I invite you to create a small Lughnasadh altar or seasonal space somewhere close to where you will sit for the retreat. Nothing elaborate is needed — simply gather a few things that connect you with the season and the land around you. You might like to bring: A candle, to light as we open our circle. Something that represents the late-summer harvest — a few stalks of grain or grasses, wildflowers, herbs, berries, an apple, or something gathered from your garden or local landscape. A small piece of bread or oatcake, which we will use in our harvest ritual. A small bowl of water, representing the waters that nourish and sustain all life. A stone, seed, leaf or other natural object that you feel drawn to. Your journal and a pen for our time of quiet reflection. A small piece of paper on which you can write a word or intention during our ritual. And perhaps a cup of tea, a blanket, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and settled. Your altar doesn't need to look a particular way. Let it be a simple expression of your relationship with this moment in the turning year — a little place of beauty, gratitude and attention. If you can, give yourself a few minutes before we begin to settle into your space, silence your phone, and allow the ordinary busyness of the day to fall away. Then simply come as you are. Together we will pause at Lughnasagh to notice what has ripened, honour what has sustained us, and receive the gifts of this first harvest.
Questions For Reflection
1)What has ripened in me since the beginning of this year?
2)What did this harvest ask of me — and what helped me along the way?
3)What has not ripened, and can I allow that to be unfinished?
4)How might something I have received become nourishment — for myself, another person, or the wider world?
