The New Beginning: My Awakening as a Spirit Medium
This is for anyone who has ever felt the presence of something greater, sensed guidance they couldn’t explain, or wondered why certain moments in life feel divinely orchestrated. It’s for spiritual seekers, intuitive sensitives, people experiencing their own awakening, and those who simply want an honest, real-world account of what it’s like when spirit steps in and changes everything. Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or you’ve been walking it for years, this story meets you exactly where you are.
Hearing Daniel tell his story brings a level of authenticity and connection that can’t be replicated on the page. His experiences with spirit and the Arc Angels are deeply personal — and listening allows you to feel the emotion, the uncertainty, the awe, and the transformation as he lived it. The audiobook becomes a guided experience, almost like sitting with him as he recounts the moments that shaped his calling and the messages he was asked to deliver.
After each chapter, Daniel offers a dedicated companion insight — a personal reflection where he breaks down the deeper meaning behind that chapter, shares what was happening in his life at the time and explains why those moments were spiritually significant. These insights act like a guided debrief, helping listeners understand the lessons, the symbolism, and the divine messages woven throughout his journey.
Listeners will come away with a clearer understanding of how spirit communicates, how divine guidance shows up in everyday life, and how to trust their own intuitive nudges. Daniel’s journey demonstrates that awakening isn’t reserved for the chosen few — it’s available to anyone willing to listen. His story offers reassurance, direction, and a sense of spiritual companionship for those who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Ultimately, the book encourages listeners to embrace their own path with courage, faith, and a deeper connection to the divine.

Cue the Quirky
A collection of short, quirky instrumental cues originally dreamed up for TV. Playful, offbeat, and sometimes a little ridiculous, these tiny tracks bring to mind curious characters, awkward moments, sneaky antics, and unexpected turns. A lighthearted little journey through the sillier side of storytelling through music.

Sitar Serenity - Decompress Binaural Beats
A sustained, resonant sitar melody, with a subtle tone underneath to help you decompress. This track uses a sustained, resonant, and melodious sitar track, paired with a tone designed to ease your mind into a looser, more restful state. It's built for a 21-minute session, with a gentle glide at the start so your mind has time to settle rather than being dropped straight into it.
A quick note on how to use it: press play when you're ready to start decompressing, not partway through — the opening minutes are where the shift happens, so starting from the beginning matters. It works best with headphones, since the effect depends on each ear hearing a very slightly different tone, but for people who find headphones uncomfortable, there are a couple of variants that might help.
For the curious: this is a 6 Hz theta binaural beat on a 400 Hz carrier tone. It opens at 10 Hz and glides down to 6 Hz over the first 5 minutes, then holds there for the remainder of the 21-minute session.

The Clutter Pattern You Keep Repeating — What It’s Really About
Clutter isn’t just about habits — it’s about history.
In this course, you’ll explore the emotional roots behind why certain items feel harder to release and why clutter often resurfaces during life transitions.
We’ll look at inherited beliefs about money and value, control as a safety strategy, identity shifts that freeze through objects, scarcity thinking, regret, and how fear subtly influences decisions.
This course stands on its own — whether you’re new to this work or continuing a deeper journey. There are 2 other Clutter Series Journeys you may want to check out. Why Clutter Keeps Showing Up — It's Not About the Stuff and Getting Organized, From Insight to action
After this course, you’ll walk away understanding:
• Why your relationship with stuff was learned
• How emotional protection can shape your space
• Why transitions impact clutter
• And how to move forward without erasing who you’ve been
No shame.
No extreme minimalism.
Just insight, perspective, and sustainable change.

#2 The Clutter Pattern You Keep Repeating — What It’s Really About
#3 This one! Getting Organized, From Insight to Action
Getting organized isn’t about becoming more disciplined or more minimalist. It’s about learning a repeatable sequence that works in real life. In this course, we move from awareness to action — uncovering patterns, updating outdated systems, and building simple structures that last.
You’ll learn how to make quicker decisions, organize without overwhelm, create systems that match your current life stage, and prevent the quiet slide-back that happens after a big clean-up.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about building systems that evolve with you.

Tongue Drum for Beginners
This journey will cover basic music principals as they relate to the tongue drum. We will be working with a C-Scale tongue drum** (most standard beginner tongue drums are C instruments, but you should make sure your instrument is compatible).
We will go over the "musical alphabet" and how it relates to your instrument. I will teach you to label your instrument, identify the tones on it, and then use those tones to improvise for meditation. In the last session of the journey, we will do a sound meditation together, using the tongue drum as our guide. This will be an opportunity for you to play along, implementing what you've learned, and vocalize along as the meditation progresses.
I can't wait to meet you and see you in class!
**You must have your own tongue drum to enjoy this course to its fullest, as we will be learning to play this instrument with the ultimate goal of using it in personal meditation.

Making Space for Grief
Grief doesn’t always need to be understood, resolved, or left behind. Sometimes it simply needs a place to exist. Through meditation, poetry, and music, this journey invites you to sit gently with loss, make space for what remains, and allow yourself to feel without needing to change anything.

Growing the Forest
Discovering the Strength of Connection, Belonging, and Shared Growth
A tree may appear to stand alone, but beneath the surface, its roots are connected to a living community that shares nourishment, strength, and support.
In Phase Four, Growing the Forest, the journey expands beyond personal transformation into connection with others. Having planted the seed, learned to walk the path, and begun embodying the strength and wisdom of the tree, you are now invited to discover what becomes possible when you no longer feel that you must grow or move beyond pain alone.
Through reflections on belonging, shared roots, compassionate presence, and collective wisdom, this phase will help you recognize both the support available to you and the quiet strength you offer others. You will explore how your experiences can create understanding, how your presence can become a place of safety, and how healing can deepen when it is held within connection.
Growing the Forest is a reminder that transformation does not end with the individual. As one woman grows stronger, she creates space for another to rise. Together, our roots deepen, our branches reach farther, and we become part of something greater than ourselves.
We grow stronger together.

The Art of Everyday Enlightenment
Deepening Your Yoga Nidra Practice
This course is a follow-up to 'The Art of Conscious Napping,' although you are also welcome to listen if you haven't listened to the first one - the first course sets a foundation but it is not essential to have completed it to benefit from this course. During these nine sessions, we'll explore the philosophy and theory of yoga nidra in more detail and you will move more deeply into your personal practice with some longer daily sessions. We'll be taking a look at some of the yogic philosophy that influences our yoga nidra practice with a special focus on the five koshas, or the five sheaths or layers, that make up our incarnate selves - these are the physical body, the breath or energetic body, the mind, the intellect and the bliss or causal body.
We'll spend some time looking at each one of the koshas and exploring how the techniques in our practice work to relax, heal and give us insight into that layer. We'll also explore the inner resource, the felt sense of safety and security that allows us to feel safe and held as we practice, and the Sankalpa, the deep prayer or vow from the heart.
The first eight sessions contain five to ten minutes of information and a twenty minute(ish) practice, and the final session is a longer 55-minute practice which brings together everything from the course. Each of the practice sessions are also included as stand-alone tracks so you can return to repeat them at any time without having to skip through the lesson material.

October 2026 - Judgement to Synarchy
October picks up exactly where September left off, in refinement, and carries you from the private work of alignment into the shared work of belonging. Along the way it asks you to meet some of the oldest, most instinctive fears the body carries: not being enough, what's coming, failing, carrying responsibility, dying without meaning, and being shaped by the past. Each one, met honestly, becomes a doorway.
It opens still inside Gene Key 18. September's correction continues, but now it has to turn inward and soften. The shadow of judgement doesn't only point outward. It's the inner critic that keeps finding what's wrong. The invitation is to let integrity become something you live rather than something you police. What remains is perfection: not a standard you keep failing to meet, but the quiet rightness of things when they're held with care.
Once the critic quiets, a deeper feeling rises. Gene Key 48 names inadequacy, the sense of a bottomless well inside, the fear that you don't know enough, have enough, or are enough. This isn't a void to fill. It's depth waiting to be trusted. The gift is resourcefulness: reaching into the not-knowing and finding that what you need arrives when you need it. The siddhi is wisdom, the understanding that the emptiness was never lack but spaciousness.
From that depth, your inner listening sharpens. Gene Key 57 brings unease, a low hum of anxiety about the future and a restless vigilance that never quite settles. The gift is intuition: the same sensitivity, no longer bracing against what might happen but tuned to what is happening now. As fear gives way to trust, it clarifies into clarity itself, a clean, quiet knowing that needs no proof.
With intuition as your guide, Gene Key 32 asks what's truly worth keeping. The shadow is failure, both the fear of it and the frantic grip that tries to prevent it. The gift is preservation: sensing what deserves continuity in your life, your lineage, and your work, and letting the rest go without shame. The siddhi is veneration, a deep honoring of everything that came before you and everything that will carry on after.
What you choose to preserve shapes the systems you're part of. Gene Key 50 names corruption: the subtle ways values erode, responsibilities get dropped, or care turns into control. The gift is equilibrium, taking up your rightful share of responsibility, no more and no less, so that families, communities, and relationships can hold their balance. The siddhi is harmony: your inner values and the outer order finally singing the same note.
Held in harmony, you're free to face the biggest question of all. Gene Key 28 brings purposelessness, the dark feeling that none of it matters, often laced with a quiet fear of death. The invitation is not to find the right purpose but to play the game of life with your whole heart. The gift is totality: full commitment, holding nothing back. The siddhi is immortality, the discovery that a life lived completely is never lost.
October closes with Gene Key 44, the archetype of alliance. Having refined, deepened, listened, honored, balanced, and committed, you're ready to join with others. The shadow is interference: old patterns from the past, and old wounds in relationships, that keep you from the right people. The gift is teamwork, the instinct for who you truly belong with and how your gifts complement theirs. The siddhi is synarchy, a living web where each of us governs ourselves and, in doing so, harmonizes with the whole.
Where September moved you from exhaustion into perfection, October moves you from inner judgement into outer belonging: resourceful, intuitive, honoring, balanced, wholehearted, and woven into the right community.
