I am a psychologist and mindfulness teacher who blends psychology, mindfulness and practical tools to help you understand your inner world and create meaningful change.

About Your Guide

I’m a psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and mental health educator with a Master’s in Psychology and training in more than 10 therapeutic and psychological approaches, including CBT, REBT, ACT, MBCT, SFBT, DBT-informed emotional regulation, Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychotherapy, NLP, Art Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.

I’ve spent the past several years creating accessible psychological and mindfulness content through guided practices, courses, and live sessions. My work explores areas including mindfulness, negative thinking, cognitive and emotional patterns, self-compassion, acceptance, nervous-system regulation, emotional regulation, and intentional living.

My approach is not about telling you who you should be or what you should do.

I don’t see myself as the expert of your life—you are.

No one knows you better than you know yourself. My role is to create a space where you can slow down, become curious about your inner world, and hear yourself a little more clearly. Sometimes that means helping you notice a pattern you hadn't seen before. Sometimes it means offering a different perspective. Sometimes it means teaching you a practical skill that helps you navigate a difficult moment. And sometimes, it simply means helping you reconnect with something you already knew somewhere within yourself.

I believe that growth doesn't necessarily mean becoming someone completely different. Often, it means reconnecting with parts of ourselves that have become buried beneath fear, self-judgment, expectations, habits, and the constant noise of everyday life.

This is why my work moves from the inner to the outer. We begin by developing a kinder relationship with our inner world. From there, we can make clearer choices, understand what matters to us, change patterns that no longer serve us, and gradually create a life that feels more aligned.

At the heart of everything I create is this belief:

Everything you seek is already within you. My role is simply to help you reconnect with it.

My hope is that these journeys don't make you more dependent on someone else's answers, but more connected to your own.

Because ultimately, the goal isn't just to feel better for a moment.

It's to develop a relationship with yourself where you can become someone you can listen to, understand, support, and trust and from that place, build a more meaningful relationship with your life.
Nervous System Regulation for Feeling Stuck, Frozen & Overwhelm

Nervous System Regulation for Feeling Stuck, Frozen & Overwhelm

What if feeling stuck doesn't mean you don't know what to do, but that some part of you doesn't yet feel safe enough to move?

Sometimes you can want to act and still find yourself unable to take the first step. Your mind may go blank, your body may feel frozen, or you may feel caught between wanting to move forward and wanting to retreat.

Through slow orienting and sensory awareness, you'll reconnect with the present moment and gently invite movement, choice, and engagement back into your day.

Nervous System Regulation for Low Energy, Brain Fog & Disconnection

What if “I don't have the energy” isn't the whole story?

Sometimes your nervous system can slow things down so much that the world feels distant and even getting started feels impossible.

This gentle sensory practice uses sight, sound, temperature, and visual exploration to bring a little more stimulation and engagement into your present moment.

Come here when you feel foggy, numb, heavy, disconnected, or withdrawn and explore what happens when you gently turn your attention back toward life.

What State Is Your Nervous System In Right Now?

What State Is Your Nervous System In Right Now?

Not sure what you need right now: calm, energy, or simply a way to feel unstuck?

Our nervous system doesn't respond to stress in just one way. Sometimes we go into fight-or-flight—restless, anxious, tense, or overwhelmed. Sometimes we shut down—feeling heavy, numb, disconnected, or without energy. And sometimes we freeze—wanting to move forward but feeling unable to take the next step.

This journey offers three gentle check-ins to help you recognise what state your nervous system may be in, understand what you may need, and choose support that meets you where you are.

You don't have to push yourself out of where you are. Start by meeting yourself there.
