Welcome to NRJ. By creating an account, subscribing, listening to NRJs, leaving comments, or otherwise using the NRJ platform, you agree to use the service respectfully and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
NRJ provides access to audio journeys, meditations, stories, music, courses and related content created by NRJ Guides. Some content may be available for free, while full access may require a paid subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that takes place through your account. Please do not share your login details or allow others to use your subscription.
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or subscription settings. After cancellation, access will usually continue until the end of the current paid period. Unless stated otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
All NRJ content is provided for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload, broadcast, modify or otherwise use NRJ content outside the platform without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Some NRJs may include meditative, reflective or wellbeing-related content. NRJ is not a medical, psychological, financial or legal service, and content on the platform should not be treated as professional advice. Please use your own judgement and seek appropriate professional support where needed.
Comments and community features must be used kindly and lawfully. NRJ may remove content or restrict access where behaviour is abusive, unlawful, disruptive, misleading, or otherwise harmful to listeners, Guides or the platform.
NRJ aims to keep the service available and working well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Features, content, pricing and availability may change.
